The provisions of these regulations shall supplement any and all laws of the State of Ohio, ordinances of the Village, or any and all rules and regulations promulgated by authority of such law or ordinance relating to the purpose and scope of the regulations. Whenever the requirements of these regulations are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances, or resolutions, the most restrictive or that imposing the higher standards shall govern except as provided in Section 1101.05.
