1101.03 JURISDICTION.

These regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within the Village. The Columbus Grove Planning Commission shall have the power of final approval of the plats. The Columbus Grove Planning Commission shall have the final approval of the plat, except for the provisions in Chapter 1109 of these regulations.
