945.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
