Any recreational activity not prohibited by this chapter or by other applicable law shall be permitted in the area of the quarry, in the area owned by the Village and in all areas from which surface water drains into the quarry. Examples of permitted activities include, but are not limited to, picnicking, hiking, games, nature study, sightseeing, operation of motor vehicles on roads designated for motor vehicles, bicycle riding, collection of small samples of rocks and similar activities. No permit shall be required except as specifically provided for herein.
