945.04 FISHING.

Fishing, whether from land, boat, canoe or ice fishing shall be at the risk of the participant. Ice fishing shall not be allowed except if participant has utilized a safety line properly secured as set forth by the relevant laws of the United States Coast Guard and State of Ohio ODNR.
