(a) Removal of Bulky Items. This collection service shall remove items including but not limited to, crates, sofas, chairs, pipe, auto parts, and mufflers, etc. and such other items as are not customarily or regularly collected by private haulers and that are acceptable at dump sites.
(b) Refuse, Chemicals, Hazardous Waste. This collection service shall not remove items including but not limited to refuse, chemicals, paints, solvents, petroleum products, liquid or solid hazardous waste.
(c) Frequency of Collection Service. Village collection service shall be provided once per year after notice as required by Section 1301.05
(a).
(d) Charges for Unusual Locations, Types and Accumulations. Collection and disposal service may be provided within the capabilities of the department to persons and entities with unusual locations, types or accumulations of discarded items at a charge established by the department after approval by Council based on actual cost.
(e) Interfering with Traffic and Roadway. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any discarded items in the roadway or interfere with traffic on such roadway.
