909.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this chapter shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for tree removal, seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for tree trimming and illegal plantings and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for abuse or mutilation of trees, shrubs, bushes or woody vegetation.
