909.14 SEVERABILITY.

(a) This chapter repeals all other ordinances pertaining to trees. If one part of this chapter is found to be invalid, it shall not affect other sections or parts of this chapter.

(b) This chapter shall take effect from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
