701.11 CANCELLATION OF LICENSE.

The Mayor shall cancel the license of any licensee that repeatedly violates the terms of this chapter. Such cancellation may be appealed to Council. Any licensee that has had any license canceled under this chapter shall not be eligible to apply for any other license under this chapter for a period of six months.
