701.08 RENEWAL.

Any license issued hereunder shall be renewed upon the filing of an application for renewal and the payment of the annual fee, if the business complies with all applicable laws and ordinances, and if there are no grounds for revocation of the arcade license. No investigation fee shall be charged in connection with a renewal.
