Whoever violates this chapter and found guilty shall be fined as follows:
(a) For the first offense, an offender shall be fined up to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) For the second offense, an offender shall be fined up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(c) For the third and subsequent offenses thereafter, an offender shall be fined up to five hundred dollars ($500.00).
