§ 151.351 AUTHORITY; EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This subchapter is enacted pursuant to applicable authority granted by the state and federal government.
   (B)   This subchapter shall be effective immediately upon passage and publication pursuant to applicable legal and procedural requirements.
