(A) The procedure for obtaining a special use permit for wireless telecommunications facilities shall follow the procedure set forth in § 151.297 with the exception that no public hearing or notifications are required for eligible facility applications.
(B) The procedures of §§ 151.295 through 151.305 are amended for purposes of special use permits for wireless telecommunication facilities to require written notice of such public hearing to be given to the owners of all real estate located within 500 feet instead of 300 feet of the real estate, which is the subject of the special use permit for wireless telecommunication facilities.
