§ 151.262 ILLUMINATION/LIGHTING SIGN ELEMENTS.
   Lighting, when installed, must be positioned in such a manner that light is not directed onto an adjoining property or onto a public street or highway, and in accordance with the outdoor lighting provisions. No sign illumination shall impair vehicular or pedestrian circulation on the same premises or adjoining properties. Permitted illumination/lighting elements for signs is outlined in the table below.
