§ 151.221 GRADE ELEVATION AT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SETBACK.
   The maximum grade elevation at the residential building setback line shall be a slope between 4% and 6% as approved by the Building Official as calculated from the top of the pavement curb or edge of roadway to the building setback. Buildings or structures placed further back from the setback, setback larger than 20 feet, roadway right-of-way greater than 60 feet or other uncommon situations shall have the maximum elevation set by the Building Official. Sidewalk or trail cross slope, including the driveway, cannot exceed 2% (quarter-inch per foot) in accordance with the American’s with Disabilities Act.
