(A) Clubs. Clubs located adjacent to residential uses shall maintain a bufferyard of not less than seven feet along the common boundary with such residential use.
(B) Day care. Day care facilities are permitted by special use permit in the MH General Industrial Zoning District only if incidental to a permitted primary use.
(C) Group care facilities and group homes. Each group care facility or group home must be validly licensed by either the state or the appropriate governmental subdivision. Group homes are permitted in the B-1 District only on levels above street level except that a facility specifically designed for occupancy by disabled residents may be developed at street level, subject to approval of a special permit by the City Council with the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
