This District is intended to permit the use of limited agricultural activities in combination with residential land uses. It recognizes the existence in city of specific neighborhoods that, while developed to urban densities, also include certain farm uses, including the raising of both crops and animals. It further recognizes that such uses should be strictly controlled in order to minimize effects on neighboring properties.
