§ 151.093 TERMINATION OF CCD DISTRICT.
   If no substantial development has taken place in a Creative Cluster Development District for three years following approval of the District, the Planning Commission shall reconsider the zoning of the property and may, on its own motion, initiate an application for re-zoning the property.
