§ 151.004 CONSISTENCY WITH COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND LONG- RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN.
   The city intends that this chapter and any amendments to it shall be consistent with the city’s Comprehensive Development Plan and Long-Range Transportation Plan. Should this chapter become inconsistent with the adopted Comprehensive Development Plan or Long-Range Transportation Plan because of subsequent amendments to that plan, it is the city’s intent to amend this chapter to bring it into conformance with the plans.
