§ 110.04 PROHIBITED PURCHASES.
   No person licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall make any purchase from any minor without first obtaining approval from the Chief of Police.

§ 110.05 INSPECTION.
   The Chief of Police, or other designated official, shall be permitted at any reasonable time to inspect any property contained on the premises of any person licensed under this subchapter.

§ 110.06 RECORDS.
   (A)   Any person licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall maintain a written record of all business transactions, including the time of purchase and description of any article and the name and address of the person from whom the article was purchased.
   (B)   This record shall be in the English language and shall be available at any reasonable time for inspection by the Chief of Police or other designated official.

SOLICITORS OR VENDORS
§ 110.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON. Any natural person, firm, proprietorship, partnership, corporation, association, receiver or trustee.
   PRODUCTS. All goods, chattels, wares and merchandise of any kind whatsoever.
   SOLICITOR or VENDOR. Every person who offers for sale products of any kind without maintaining a permanent place of business in the city.
