In the event infrastructure present is in a condition adequate to serve a proposed development, as determined by the City Engineer, the developer may elect to pay a public infrastructure improvement impact fee in lieu of making required public improvements or other payment agreement. Such fee shall be determined by the City Engineer based on most recent, similar construction type. If an agreement or impact fee is required, details shall be included in the development agreement.
