§ 10.306 NUISANCES.
   (A)   No person shall cause, create, or maintain a public nuisance, or knowingly permit or acquiesce to any such nuisance upon any premises in which such person has an ownership or possessory interest. For purposes of this section, the conditions prescribed by §§ 8.201 et seq., shall constitute a public nuisance.
   (B)   No person shall interfere with, prevent, or delay any agent or employee of the city while properly engaged in the performance of their duties relating to the prevention, discovery, investigation or abatement of any public nuisance.
   (C)   No person shall urinate in a public place. A public place includes any street or highway, alley, parking lot, driveway, sidewalk, mall, boulevard, park, or any other place or enclosure not designed for use as a toilet or lavatory.
