§ 10.302 LIQUOR OR BEER ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (A)   No person who owns or operates an establishment at which liquor or beer is sold on-sale, shall permit any gambling or gambling devices on the premises of such establishment except as otherwise permitted by law.
   (B)   No person who owns or operates an establishment at which beer is sold on-sale, shall permit any gambling or gambling devices on the premises of such establishment.
   (C)   No person, licensee, or his agent shall serve beer to a minor or permit a minor to remain on the premises.
   (D)   No person, licensee or his agent, or manner of a club or his agent shall permit the sale or consumption of intoxicating liquor or beer other than during the hours specifically authorized in this code.
   (E)   No person who manages or operates a club for which an on-sale intoxicating liquor license has been issued, or any agent of such person, shall permit the consumption of intoxicating liquor or beer by any person who is not a club member, or a guest of a club member.
