§ 10.204 OTHER PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   No person may plant a tree, shrub or bush within the limits of any street, or in any boulevard easement of any street without authorization from the city, through the City Forester.
   (B)   No person shall remove, destroy, cut, deface, trim or in any way injure any tree or shrub on any street or boulevard, and not otherwise under Park and Recreation Commission jurisdiction, unless authorized to do so by § 4.201 or with the permission of the City Forester.
   (C)   No person shall place or allow to be placed against any tree on a street or the boulevard easement of a street, any wire conduit, building material, or any other material which burns, cuts or chafes any part of such tree, unless said tree is first sufficiently protected by a proper guard to prevent possible injury.
   (D)   No person shall transport any diseased wood within the city without written authorization from the city through the City Forester. Such authorization shall be provided only if the city's diseased tree program will thereby be furthered.
   (E)   No person shall throw, discard, or deposit any leaves, grass, other organic waste materials, or snow from private property to the traveled way or paved portion of any street or alley within the city.
