(A) No person shall remove from any public or private golf course in the city any golf balls or other golfing equipment lost or abandoned by players on such golf course unless such actions are done while playing said course, or are done with the authority of persons in charge of any such course, or the persons who lost or abandoned said golf balls or equipment.
(B) No person shall sell or offer for sale upon any public or private golf course in the city to any person or persons then being upon any such golf course, any golf balls or other golfing equipment unless authorized to do so by the person or persons in charge of such golf course.
