§ 10.202 PROHIBITED CONDUCT ON LAKES, ICE RINKS, BEACHES.
   (A)   No person shall fish in any lake other than those authorized to be open for fishing by the Park and Recreation Commission and approved by the State Department of Natural Resources.
      (1)   No person shall cut any hole in the ice of the city lakes larger than ten inches in diameter.
      (2)   No person shall start a fire on the ice of any lake under the jurisdiction of the Park and Recreation Commission provided, however, that manufactured heaters burning liquid fuel may be used if a written permit for such use is granted by the Public Works Director.
   (B)   No person shall be or remain in boats or otherwise upon the lakes or any other water controlled by the Park and Recreation Commission between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.
   (C)   No person shall navigate, direct or handle any boat in such manner as to annoy, unnecessarily frighten, or endanger the occupants of other boats.
   (D)   No person shall bathe in or enter the water of any park or parkway except at bathing places designated by the Park and Recreation Commission. No person shall ride, drive, or send any animal into the waters of any park or parkway without written authorization by the Park and Recreation Commission.
   (E)   (1)   No person shall engage in racing or playing of any game on skating rinks under Park and Recreation Commission supervision, which interfere with the general use of the skating rink, except where such conduct is in the course of organized sports' events under the supervision of the Park and Recreation Commission.
      (2)   This section shall not be construed as prohibiting the use of hockey sticks and pucks upon rinks designated or constructed as hockey rinks by the Park and Recreation Commission.
   (F)   No person shall place, have or use, operate or navigate any motor boat or any other boat mechanically propelled on any lake or body of water situated within or partially within the city, except Silver Lake.
   (G)   No person shall expose himself to public view in any park or parkway or on any lake unless properly clothed. Swimming attire constitutes proper clothing within the meaning of this chapter.
   (H)   Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting or restricting Park and Recreation Commission or city agents and employees from doing all acts necessary to the performance of their duties.
