§ 10.112 CRIMES INVOLVING CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   The following Minnesota Statutes, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein:
   (A)   (1)   M.S. § 346.21, defining crimes constituting cruelty to animals, is incorporated herein.
      (2)   The provisions of M.S. §§ 346.20, 346.215, and 346.216, defining terms, procedures for investigation of complaints, and providing for expenses thereof, are also incorporated herein.
   (B)   M.S. § 346.22, defining crimes relating to cruelty in the transportation of animals, is incorporated herein.
   (C)   M.S. §§ 346.23 and 346.24, defining crimes relating to cruelty to horses, are incorporated herein.
   (D)   M.S. § 346.25, defining crimes relating to the poisoning of animals, is incorporated herein.
   (E)   M.S. § 346.26 defining crimes relating to animals with infectious disease, is incorporated herein.
   (F)   M.S. § 346.28, defining crimes relating to cruelty to birds, is incorporated herein.
   (G)   M.S. § 346.29, defining crimes relating to conducting cock fights or dog fights, is incorporated herein.
   (H)   M.S. § 346.34, defining crimes relating to contests involving pigs, chickens or turkeys, is incorporated herein.
