§ 10.108 CRIMES INVOLVING PUBLIC MISCONDUCT OR NUISANCE.
   The following Minnesota Statutes, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein:
   (A)   M.S. §§ 609.705 and 609.715, defining crimes relating to unlawful assembly, are incorporated herein.
   (B)   M.S. § 609.684, defining the crime of sale or abuse of toxic substances.
   (C)   M.S. § 609.686, defining crimes relating to fire alarms, is incorporated herein.
   (D)   M.S. § 609.72, defining the crime of disorderly conduct, is incorporated herein.
   (E)   M.S. § 609.725, defining the crime of vagrancy, is incorporated herein.
   (F)   M.S. § 609.735, defining the crime of concealing identity, is incorporated herein.
   (G)   (1)   M.S. §§ 609.74 and 609.745, defining crimes constituting public nuisances, are incorporated herein.
      (2)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, a violation of M.S. § 609.74(2) shall be a petty misdemeanor subject to the penalties set forth by resolution.
