§ 10.106 CRIMES INVOLVING PROPERTY.
   The following Minnesota Statutes, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein:
   (A)   M.S. § 609.52, defining the crime of theft, is incorporated herein.
   (B)   M.S. § 609.525, defining the crime of bringing stolen goods into the state is incorporated herein.
   (C)   M.S. § 609.53, defining the crime of receiving stolen goods, is incorporated herein.
   (D)   M.S. § 609.535, defining the crime of issuing a worthless check, is incorporated herein.
   (E)   M.S. § 609.545, defining crimes relating to the misuse of a credit card to secure services, is incorporated herein.
   (F)   M.S. §§ 609.555, 609.565, and 609.57, defining the crimes of simple arson and attempted arson, are incorporated herein.
   (G)   M.S. § 609.575, defining crimes relating to culpable negligence in causing fires, is incorporated herein.
   (H)   M.S. § 609.595, defining crimes relating to criminal damage to property, is incorporated herein.
   (I)   M.S. § 609.605, together with all amendments thereto through 1978, is incorporated herein.
   (J)   M.S. § 609.615, defining crimes relating to defeating security on realty, is incorporated herein.
   (K)   M.S. § 609.655, defining crimes relating to property identification numbers, is incorporated herein.
   (L)   M.S. § 609.65, defining crimes by a notary public, is incorporated herein.
   (M) M.S. § 168C.08, involving mutilation of bicycle identification, is incorporated herein.
   (N)   M.S. § 168C.09, involving bicycle theft, is incorporated herein.
   (O)   M.S. § 168C.10, involving bicycle tampering, is incorporated herein.
