The following Minnesota Statutes, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein:
(A) M.S. § 609.40, defining crimes against the flag, is incorporated herein.
(B) M.S. § 609.435, defining crimes relating to the failure of a public officer to file security, is incorporated herein.
(C) M.S. § 609.45, defining the crime of public officers receiving unauthorized compensation, is incorporated herein.
(D) M.S. § 609.46, defining crimes by a Justice of the Peace or Constable, is incorporated herein.
(E) M.S. § 609.475, defining the crime of impersonating an officer, is incorporated herein.
(F) M.S. § 609.485, defining the crime of escaping from custody, is incorporated herein.
(G) M.S. § 609.50, defining the crime of obstructing legal process, is incorporated herein.
(H) M.S. § 609.505, defining the crime of falsely reporting a crime, is incorporated herein.
(I) M.S. § 609.51, defining the crime of simulating legal process is incorporated herein.
(J) M.S. § 609.575, defining crimes by a judicial or hearing officer, is incorporated herein.
