(A) Snowmobiles may be operated on privately owned properties by the owner of said property provided all noise requirements of the city nuisance ordinance are met. No person shall operate a snowmobile on any privately owned property unless he has received the express permission of the owner of said property.
(B) It shall be a sufficient defense to a prosecution for violation of this section that the defendant has written unrevoked permission from the owner or lawful occupant of the land or of the public board, body, or commission which is authorized by law to hold and exercise dominion over such land.
