(A) No person shall operate a snowmobile as defined below, in violation of any of the conditions or restrictions as hereinafter described.
OPERATE. To ride in or on and control the operation of a snowmobile.
OPERATION. Every person who operates or is in actual physical control of a snowmobile.
SNOWMOBILE. A self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on snow or ice and steered by skis or runners.
(B) No person shall operate a snowmobile that has not been registered in accordance with the provisions of M.S. § 84.82, as it may be amended from time to time.
