(A) Property damage. No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the city sewage system. Any person violating this provision or any other provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Inspections; authority and powers. The City Engineer and other duly authorized employees of the city, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this article.
(C) Extension across other properties. Building sewers shall not extend across other properties, except where proper easements have been recorded at the county.
