§ 93.99 PENALTY; PENALTIES FOR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   If any of the above court-ordered conditions set forth in §§ 93.01 through 93.07 are not complied with, or if a subsequent incident of attack occurs, the owner shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed one year. Additionally, the judge may impose or re-impose any of the conditions listed above as set forth in §§ 93.01 through 93.07 or humane destruction of the dog.
