§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any persons convicted of a first offense for violation of a court ordered burning ban shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500. Provided, any person convicted of a second or subsequent offense for violation of a court ordered burning ban shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000.
