§ 31.06 COUNTY SHERIFF.
   The County Sheriff is hereby designated the county official primarily responsible for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the County Circuit and District Courts, not otherwise collected by the Magnolia and Waldo Departments of District Court pursuant to their own legislation for the collection of fines.
