§ 31.03 COUNTY TREASURER.
   (A)   In addition to all other duties presently required by law, the County Treasurer shall attend any regular or special meeting of the Quorum Court upon timely request of the County Judge.
   (B)   Upon request of a majority of the entire membership of the Quorum Court, the County Judge shall make timely request of the County Treasurer to attend any regular or special meeting of the Quorum Court.
