§ 30.01 PROCEDURAL RULE.
   In the absence of a specific rule of procedure, as set out in this procedural chapter, the rules of procedure for transacting business at all regular and special sessions of the Court shall be Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, except where they are in conflict with the general laws of the state. The Quorum Court may, at any regular meeting, revise or modify these rules or adopt new rules by a majority vote of the full membership.
