§ 119.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE TAX RECEIPTS FUND.
   The Common Council hereby instructs the Clerk Treasurer to establish a food and beverage tax receipts fund. The Clerk Treasurer shall deposit in this fund all amounts received by the imposition of the food and beverage tax. Money earned from the investment of money in the fund becomes a part of the fund.
