§ 73.41 TRAFFIC LAWS AND ORDINANCES.

(A) The operator of a golf cart or UTV on a city street shall comply with all then effective traffic laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations adopted by the state and the city.

(B) Golf carts and UTVs shall be operated at or below posted speeds (or speeds established by city ordinance or state law).
