§ 73.39 REQUIREMENT OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   No person may operate a golf cart or UTV on any city street unless financial responsibility is in effect with respect to the golf cart or UTV as provided under I.C. 9-25-4-4, as it now reads or is subsequently amended.
