It shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart or UTV on any city street except as specifically authorized by this subchapter. Any person who operates a golf cart or UTV in violation of this subchapter shall be subject to penalty as set forth in this subchapter. Further, the provisions of this subchapter, the regulation of golf carts and UTVs and the individuals operating golf carts or UTVs in the City of Columbia City shall be subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Indiana, as they may be amended.
