Upon completion of the registration process, the city’s Clerk-Treasurer shall have three business days to issue the permit or decline the permit. Upon issuance, each registration permit shall be valid from the date of issue through the date set forth on the permit or, if applicable, until December 31 of the year of issue. After December 31 of each year, if future registration is desired, a new registration with applicable fee must be obtained. No proration of fees shall be provided.
