In addition to special event rules and regulations otherwise provided to the special event board or organizer, special event boards or organizers shall have the authority to determine if pets will be allowed in any of their event areas and what rules or restrictions shall apply to pets in their event areas. Any allowance of pets by special event boards shall be subject to any restrictions or prohibitions set forth in Chapter 90 of this code. Special event boards and organizers shall be responsible for enforcement of their rules and restrictions applicable to this provision. ADA certified pets should not be prohibited from special events.
