In addition to special event rules and regulations otherwise provided to the special event board or organizer, unless otherwise exempted by the city, no pets will be allowed in any of the event areas, including but not limited to sidewalks, streets, alleys, and tents. This does not include the private dwellings of special event staff. ADA certified pets are not prohibited from special events.
