(A) Vendors of a special event shall be approved and regulated by the organizers of the special event. While the city shall approve and provide special event rules and regulations to the approved applicant, the city will not regulate the special event vendors.
(B) All selling shall be done from established booth sites that are approved by the special event board or organizers.
(C) Any vendor who is not a part of a special event may not operate as a part of the special event and shall otherwise apply for a permit as set forth in the applicable chapter for the vendor's proposed activity.
(D) In the event a peddler, itinerant merchant or transient merchant is not otherwise regulated by the city's Code of Ordinances (e.g., under door-to-door solicitation, mobile food vendors, or mobile (non) food vendors), such peddler, itinerant merchant or transient merchant shall be regulated by this chapter and shall submit their application to the city for approval.
