As set forth in 675 I.A.C. 22-2.5-6, the city hereby requires that all new buildings have radio coverage for emergency responders within the building based upon the existing coverage levels of the public safety communications systems jurisdiction at the exterior of the building. This section shall not require improvement of the existing public safety communications systems.
