§ 34.51 INTERNAL CONTROL STANDARDS.
   (A)   The city hereby adopts by reference the internal control policy.
   (B)   The City Clerk-Treasurer is directed to ensure that all personnel receive training concerning the internal control procedures adopted and approved by reference.
