(A) There is hereby established the Information Services Fund.
(B) The Information Services Fund shall be funded by each department within the city in an amount designated each year through the budget process.
(C) The Information Services Fund may use its funds for the following purposes: purchasing server supplies, computers, meals, uniforms, wages, software or supplies relating to information services. It may also be used for travel expenses and/or any other expense reasonably and rationally related to information services.
