§ 34.03 CUMULATIVE PARK & RECREATION FUND.
   (A)   The Cumulative Park & Recreation Fund is re-established for all uses set out in I.C. 36-10-3-21 et seq.
   (B)   This Board will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 36-10-3. The proposed Fund will not exceed $0.05 on each $100 of assessed valuation. Said tax rate will be levied beginning with taxes due and payable in 2014.
