(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to obtain an annual blanket bond in an amount to cover all employees, officers, and persons acting on behalf of any city department who handle money or who have access to city funds in accordance with the I.C. § 5-4-1-18(e)(2).
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to obtain an individual surety bond (or public officials bond) in an amount of $300,000 and crime insurance policy endorsed to include the faithful performance of the City Clerk-Treasurer in accordance with the Indiana Code.
